Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Korvex platform, you agree to these terms of service. If you are using Korvex on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Korvex after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact us to close your account.

Korvex provides an automated SEO monitoring, reporting, and optimisation platform for businesses. Our service analyses your website performance data from connected sources, identifies opportunities for improvement, and in some cases can implement changes automatically through CMS integrations.

While we strive to provide accurate analysis and effective recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice.

We provide the platform on an “as available” basis and aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials that were not reported promptly.

You agree to use Korvex only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to monitor websites you do not own or have authorisation to manage. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide to Korvex, including website content and third-party account connections, does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any applicable laws.

Korvex operates on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance, depending on your chosen billing cycle. All prices are listed in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days written notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you by email. If payment is not received within 14 days, we may suspend access to your account. Your data will be retained for 90 days after suspension, during which time you can reactivate your account by updating your payment method.

You may cancel your Korvex subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you will retain access to the platform until your subscription expires.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or if we reasonably believe your use of the platform poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure. We will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation where reasonably possible.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we will delete your data from our active systems. Backups may retain your data for up to an additional 90 days before being permanently deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvex's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
